Hakamana is the first Chilean Litigation Fund with presence in LATAM, whose objective is to finance expenses derived from litigation, such as legal fees, administrative costs, expert reports and others, assuming the risks, as it is non-recourse financing.
Hakamana is a Rapa Nui word meaning "to give power".

If the case is won, the Fund recovers the investment plus the agreed return. If the case is lost, the Fund loses the entire investment.
